We accept returns only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged.
Steps to Return
- Email us at danaeperfumes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep the product unused, in its original packaging.
- Once inspected, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are Credited within 2–4 working days after approval, directly to your original payment method.
Replacement timeframe if approved the product would be delivered in to 5-6 working days
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
